  1. Who we are. Republiclabs AI App ("we", "us", "our") operates the website republiclabs-girl.info and the related chat application.
  2. What this policy covers. This policy describes what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what choices you have.
  3. Information you provide. When you create an account we collect your nickname, email address and password (stored hashed).
  4. Information collected automatically. We collect device type, browser, IP address, language and basic usage events (page views, button clicks).
  5. Cookies. We use first-party cookies for sessions and analytics. You can accept or reject non-essential cookies via our banner.
  6. Chat content. Conversations with AI companions are stored encrypted at rest so we can deliver memory and continuity.
  7. No selling of data. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties. Ever.
  8. No human reading. Your chats are not read by our staff for marketing, profiling or training third-party models.
  9. Service providers. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN, email) bound by data processing agreements.
  10. International transfers. Where data leaves the EU/EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.
  11. Legal basis (GDPR). We process data under: (a) contract performance, (b) legitimate interest, (c) consent, (d) legal obligation.
  12. Children. Our service is strictly for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
  13. Marketing emails. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in every message.
  14. Push notifications. Push notifications are opt-in and can be revoked in your device settings at any time.
  15. Analytics. We use privacy-respecting analytics that aggregate usage without persistent cross-site tracking.
  16. Advertising. We do not run third-party ads on the platform.
  17. Data retention. Account data is retained for as long as your account is active and 30 days after deletion.
  18. Backups. Encrypted backups are kept up to 90 days for disaster recovery, then permanently destroyed.
  19. Right of access. You can request a copy of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@republiclabs-girl.info.
  20. Right of rectification. You can correct any inaccurate personal data through your account or by contacting support.
  21. Right of erasure. You can delete your account at any time. All personal data is then removed from active systems within 30 days.
  22. Right to portability. You can export your chats and profile data in a machine-readable format.
  23. Right to object. You can object to certain processing activities including marketing.
  24. Right to restrict. You can ask us to limit how we process your data in specific situations.
  25. Right to lodge a complaint. You can complain to your local data protection authority at any time.
  26. Security. We use TLS in transit, AES-256 at rest, encrypted databases, MFA for staff and continuous monitoring.
  27. Breach notification. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach affecting you, we notify you within 72 hours.
  28. Third-party links. Our site may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
  29. Payments. Payments are processed by certified PCI-DSS providers. We never see or store your full card details.
  30. Age verification. We may require age verification before unlocking certain premium content.
  31. Account deletion. You can delete your account from Settings → Account → Delete. This action is permanent.
  32. Changes to this policy. We will notify you of material changes by email and via a banner inside the app.
  33. Effective date. This policy is effective as of January 1, 2026.
  34. How to contact us. For any privacy request, write to privacy@republiclabs-girl.info. We answer within 7 business days.
